Note

As the ViewModel will be created when the View is created, the Store will be loaded when the View is created as well. It is a different approach than declaring the Store as a standalone Store with autoLoad true—in this case, the Store will be created when the application is loaded and will retrieve the information from the server as well.

Instead of creating the Store inside the ViewModel, we could create the file representing the Store inside the store package and make a reference here. This Store also does not have a proxy since we declared it inside the Model (specifically inside the schema for reuse purposes).
